About Moses
Moses Ghiseme is the Learning Support Officer at Ustawi Impact, the person students count on when a concept is hard, a book is missing, or a confidence dip threatens to stall their progress. He works directly with learners across Sengerema to make sure every child enrolled in an Ustawi Impact program has the support they need to succeed.
Moses leads literacy support, tutoring, and student mentorship. He runs reading sessions, helps teachers identify struggling readers early, and connects young learners with the books, materials, and encouragement that turn classroom hours into real understanding.
His approach is patient, practical, and personal. Moses believes that no Tanzanian child fails to learn for lack of ability — only for lack of access and support. His daily mission is to remove those barriers, one student at a time.
